Which file should I send?
Ideally STL or 3MF from your slicer, OBJ or STEP from your CAD software. We calculate the price from these files straight away. We also accept a PDF drawing or a photo with dimensions; a technologist then prepares the quote.
Can I order a single part?
Yes. Small orders have a minimum order value. The more parts, the lower the unit price, because we print several parts at once on one build plate: the calculator shows prices for other quantities.
How do you protect confidential projects?
Tick “Confidential project”. We sign an NDA before quoting and print the model on Prusa printers in our own network, without the manufacturer's cloud. Only our team sees the files.
How long does it take?
10 working days as standard, 5 working days with the express option at extra cost. Large quantities can take longer: the calculator shows the lead time next to the price.
